All in all, a great experience and close to the action

The owner is really good at keeping on top of things
Cons:
The only con really is the heat. It gets a bit chilly in the winter.

Pros:
The super Peter is incredible and takes really good care of the building. The owner was also really nice. Lived there for 6 years.
Cons:
The only con is that it can quite nosy but that’s the drawback of living in the heart of the EV.
