Landlord could careless
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has open acess rooftop, gym available and laundry. Small amount of apartments means few neighbors
Cons:
Landlord does not fix problems. Tells you to deal with roaches on your own. Patches leaks but doesn't fix the main problem. Very argumentive.

Pricey “cozy” 2 bedroom for $2100 in 2016
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building

Pet friendly
Cons:
Laundry is coin operated and accessible through a dark walkway outside of the building

We were on the top floor and ceiling fell down in pieces in some places due to water damage

Cabinet finish is cheap and peeled off within months of moving in

Took 3 requests to get management to send pest control when we had mice
