A breath of fresh air (literally & metaphorically)
Former Tenant
Pros:
I genuinely enjoyed living at this residence as a subletter. Landlord is extremely responsive and generally a gentleman - a rarity in the rental scene. Any issues brought forth was usually resolved within 24-48 hours, whether repainting or replacing broken down appliances. The property is older but well-kept, with the back area being quiet and tranquil. The neighbors, particularly the ones who've been around for long, are very kind and helpful.
Cons:
Basement flooded twice in the summer I was there. Because the apartment I was in was large & with high ceilings, central AC/heating bill gets very pretty expensive.
