It's a very old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Thick walls, can't hear much unless being obsessively loud.
Cons:
had bedbug infestation 2012-2014.
dead water bugs in the staircase of the building.
birds living on the top floor, coming through windows.
Advice to owner:
more maintenance throughout the building with clean equipment, mop stinks.
