Good Pre War Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The current super is very proactive. Everything is maintained adequately.
Cons:
It is an old building but they are actively improving it. The garbage area is small and can fill despite being emptied regularly. It is a walk up building, unsurprising for its age.
