I miss living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, good cross breeze when window open. Quiet neighbors. Big apartments, good location
Ac unit in wall
Super hot in winter so you can open windows all winter long
There's an elevator
Cons:
The laundry only works via app and there's no cell service in the laundry room
Super slow elevator
No windows in hallways so they get stuffy. In the summer it's torture
Stairs are hot also.
I had 2 HUGE cockroaches in my apt through out 2 years
When I moved out I told the landlord I needed my apt until the last day of the month (which I paid for) and they let the next tenant move in 10 days before the end of my lease. That person slept on my bed, sat on my couch, and used the fridge and I had food in there. I was currently not living there due to medical issues while pregnant. I think it was WRONG they allowed a stranger to use my stuff when I paid for the entire month. I walked in the last day of my lease and the person was living in there and she screamed when I walked in. Rightfully so... I wanted to scream too
