Lovely apartment, noisy neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was nicely renovated and charming, building management was responsive and the super was helpful
Cons:
We had some minor roach issues, and the apartment was small, but overall the apartment building was clean. Noise levels from the outside park were very loud at times, especially weekends

Not a Bad Place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management has always been very great at working with me when I reach out. I avoid ever doing so, but they've been very kind.
Cons:
Packages get stolen more often than not and that's more on the delivery teams leaving packages in the entrance rather than under the stairs or better yet TO THE APARTMENTS. It can get very loud, especially in the summer because of the neighbors in the area.
Advice to owner:
Just keep being responsive and respectful and good things will come your way!
