Pros:
Fast response, minimal pests, great space
Cons:
Delay in payment software - so rent always required a little more coordination with roommates

Shit literally came out of the walls

The space was very large.
Cons:
We had in 7 months living here shit coming out of the walls. No back door lock, no toilet paper holders, the wrong keys given, being charged extra on utilities (proven as ConEd gave us money back after 2 years of investigation - they ruled landlord was at fault). They hired people who didn’t know how to fix things and they made a mess left snd didn’t fix problems. Heating didn’t work. Air conditioning ran but didn’t work aside from the fan. Rats lived in the gutters above one room. Backyard was installed poorly and had weeds 5 feet tall. No gas when we moved in. The landlord was Simon Tyrnauer and he had a management team who always said they had no authority and they were just management. No shower rods for curtains. Closets made that aren’t big enough to hold hangars. Washing machine set up so hookup for water and electricity we’re on opposite sides of the room. Illegal bedroom in the basement (we checked with a lawyer)! They didn’t put caps on the end of pipes for the plumbing! That’s how shit came through the ceiling and walls!
Advice to owner:
Simon Tyrnauer switch jobs. You rip people off. You are a bad person who caused so much anguish because you didn’t follow the law. You are a criminal preying on the less fortunate.
