New to Bldg
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is well maintained.
Cons:
I do not like the dryers, they stop and go instead of continually drying.

Supers think they own bldg
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very big apts. can’t find places this big in NYC. Had very big renovations done to the bldgs lobbies, hallways, garages, pool and recreational area. I consider it a very safe place for kids to play in.
Cons:
A bit pricy, but the places are very big. Administration office employees are rude and condescending. They threaten you with being kicked out/evicted. Repairs take too long to make or are not made. The upgrades made in certain areas were of poor quality and they were charged to the tenants for full repayment.
Advice to owner:
Staff attitudes and security needs to tone it waaaaay down. No need for nasty attitudes. We ate just hard working, common people/immigrants trying to make it in this big city.
