Great Location, OK Building, Bad Landlord

Pros:
Great location for transport, it’s super quiet, and the price is right
Cons:
Beware of black mold, faulty wiring (fire hazard), and Management who will keep your security deposit in bad faith
Advice to owner:
Please do right by your tenants.

Overall decent building but landlord could do better

Pros:
Great experience living here for two years on the first floor. Lots of room in the unit and overall safe experience.
Cons:
It’s old - lots of issues come and go - had minor issues with the water boiler and plumbing. Mainly living on the first floor has been an issue due to pests as well.
Advice to owner:
He is accessible, but needs to act quicker on the changes requested. It didn’t feel like he cared about my living experience and safety in the building.
