Landlord and his wife is an enabler and complicit.

Pros:
The apartment was clean. The neighborhood was nice. The landlord and his wife were great neighbors.
Cons:
The person living in one of the second floor apartments has a daughter that makes a significant amount of noise. I have heard yelling, items being thrown. I have been woken up, etc.
Advice to owner:
Grow a pair and do something about that girl upstairs.

Pros:
Nice neighborhood near transportation
Cons:
There is a family who has a daughter who is constantly yelling,screaming throwing dishes on the floor. Owners are fully aware of it and are enablers to this mayhem. Also they want to know when you have people over the house which makes you feel like you are living with your parents. There is no peephole at the door, the door is the type of door that is made for a in-house closet door. If you are prone to noise then this is the house for you
