Fine enough
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great space, nice kitchen finishes, layout of the apartment was great for two roommates
Cons:
Roaches, a literal massive hole in the ceiling just opened in the middle of my kitchen pouring water, then again in the bathroom. Funky floors.

A good first NYC apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management was usually very responsive, and Aneudy (our super) was helpful and dealt with issues quickly. The building is very close to the 1 train and also relatively close to the C as well. Few to no pest issues (a roach here and there, to be expected in Manhattan.)
Cons:
This building wasn’t great but wasn’t bad. Our main issue was with neighborhood and neighbor noise. Neighbors played loud music at all hours and there was little we could do about it. The neighborhood is also loud on the weekends.
Advice to owner:
Although noise isn’t something you can manage all the time, a notice about quiet hours posted to tenants would be appreciated.
