Neglectful Landlord

Pros:
The units in this building are very nice. Most units have dishwasher, laundry, and big windows. Relatively new building. Great location. Nice neighbors.
Cons:
Super neglectful landlord, building management, and super. Very hard to get things done/fixed in a timely manner. Blame tenants for everything. Multiple package theft that they're not taking any steps to mitigate.
Advice to owner:
Don't be so cheap. Pay for appropriate repairs. Pay your employees a fair wage. Take your tenants needs seriously.

Great Apartments, Awful Building Management

Pros:
Apartment space, washer & dryer in each unit, location
Cons:
Highway noise, property manager / owner tries to shield himself from tenants (has super deal with everything), does not take care of building or offer timely repairs
Advice to owner:
Stop cursing out your tenants and actually take care of the building.
