Great maintained building in the WV

Pros:
- Management is great and fixes things quickly
- Building is maintained well year-round
- Residents are courteous and no loud tenants
Cons:
- No laundry in building
- Some apartments could use renovations/updates
- Apartment did not have screens in windows, which was not ideal (not sure if this is every apartment)
- Right above subway, so lower floors can be loud at some times

Pros:
The location is good and the apartments have lots of storage space.
Cons:
The super/owner ignores requests to fix issues in the apartments. He had to fix something in my apartment that would take 2 visits, he did one visit fixed a minor issue and never returned to finish the work. The lobby and the stairs are very dirty and disorganized.
Advice to owner:
Hire a super that attend to resident requests and keep the common areas clean.
