No Heat and too many Mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area and access to the roof were the best parts of the apartment, 20 minute walk to prospect park, okay sized rooms, and a large, expansive rooftop with open access
Cons:
Heating circulation was non-existent, heating vents were put in at the top of each room less than a foot away from the ceilings, leaving the living space of almost every room unbearably cold in the winters, multiple mice infestations, and there was someone who would park directly in front of the building and blast their car stereo at midnight.
Advice to owner:
Fix the regulation of the heating throughout the apartment, take steps to stomp the mice from entering the building!

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap, good views from roof
Cons:
All year management is absolutely terrible. Some of the most difficult, unresponsive people I've ever had to deal with. The apartment had constant leaking, plumbing issues, and infestations that were ignored or half-fixed by management.
