Pros:
It’s close to the subway station.
Cons:
Don’t fix anything unless he is forced legally or during merger emergency.
In order to get my lease renewal, I have to file a complaint to DHCR. We never have pest control.
The front door of the building is not working properly for long time.
Advice to owner:
Do your right things for the tenants!
