Be Very Cautious

Pros:
The building is located in a desirable area of the Bronx. Very convenient in terms of public transportation, parks, shops, etc. Great marketing and presented well online.
Cons:
The common hallway steps were caving in. The back lot of the building was rat infested ( can be viewed from all units ). Noise levels are high due to main street. Management company is non responsive & dismissive. Front door remained open to public for a whole year during pandemic. Leaky ceiling and damaged windows. one of the bedrooms didn't have electricity all.
Advice to owner:
Hire a better management company.
