Hostile landlord, rat infested block

Pros:
Lots of space and good closets
Cons:
There is no doorbell so you need to walk downstairs to let anyone in. The landlord owns a daycare downstairs so it's noisy, but mostly from the staff yelling in the hall starting at 7am. The landlord would respond but not address issues like the mouse infestation and blamed me. The apartment is on a slant so my bed was slanted and it was very difficult to find the right way to configure the furniture to account for the slant. The landlord would get mad if I didnt take a package inside before the daycare opened at like 8am and would text a picture of the box outside. They also set up a tiny room off of the apartment that is their office and would have loud phone conversations in there.

Rodent violation and disgusting

Pros:
Nothing was good.
Cons:
Rodents everywhere. Lazy, unprofessional management.

I lived here for 1 year and there were rats literally everywhere. We complained to the landlord and she told us it was our fault. I saw multiple rats multiple times a day, everyday for a year.

Do not live here by any means.
Advice to owner:
Please resign as management as you are the worst person ever.
