Good 1BRs especially for the neighborhood

Pros:
Sold 1 bed apartment small but perfect for 1 person. Clean units, functional but basic. Have always had good interactions with management and the super is great and always super helpful.
Cons:
Super basic, interior lower units get ZERO light but overall it’s a good apartment and amazing for the location. Biggest con would be that the adjoining wall to the other apartment is paper thin, can hear absolutely everything, it’s as if you are in the room with your neighbor even though there is a wall separating you.

Pros:
Cheap, amazing location, large units
Cons:
Management really slow to respond to pressing maintenance issues, I’m not entirely sure if the waste management process is legal (we’re given 3 hour windows 3 nights a week to bring trash to curb. No trash room in courtyard or building! If you are out on a trash night or are overflowing on an off night too bad, hold onto your trash for another few days), apartment is very cold in winter. Got as low as 59 degrees in one room, but normally around 65-67
