Building needs Updating
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apt Spacious ( all {Units) One Bedroom) We don’t have pets yet(But the building is Pets friendly- small animals) Nice Super Clean building & neighbourhood Two supermarkets operating (24hrs) Laundry (2blocks away) Plenty of restaurants/cafes/ Bars
Cons:
-Empty Apts now are turning into Two bedrooms(without a TUB- into walking shower -Mail-box(poor condition) Very OLD - Strangers smoking Weed in the lobby and stealing mails. -Walls are very thin -Floors horrible/ cracking& loud(HORRIBLE) -Bathroom leaks(issues) -Construction/ renovation(empty apts) management did not notify the tenants about the noises. -Water Shut-Off Notice-(NONE)
-Heat issues We spent months without heat Now the apartment is over heated- we open the windows to release some heat and still causing us (noise bleeding). -Poor air circulation. Hardly reply to emails Rodents issues Inadequate Lightings
Advice to owner:
They are New Owners/ Management(2015) They can do better Fix the mail boxes(missing mails/delivery issues-(update is needed) Paint the apartments at least every 3/4 years/ and the Building(In & Out) Fix the tenant windows Take care your workers & tenants

Mostly good, some bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
The maintenance guy is wonderful and helpful
Evicted a horrible neighbor eventually
Cons:
Screaming fights from the real estate agent that represents the building and lives in it. Police were called at least twice
