Super and rude tenant, do not solve tenant problems such as broken elevator.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is close to the 7 train and there are many stores, restaurants, banks, and pharmacies nearby.
Cons:
Rent is very expensive for the type of old-fashioned studio available.
There is a lot of noise from the cars and the train, many places of entertainment where people get drunk, very large cockroaches, lack of help to tenants when something is damaged in the apartment, the super and the tenant’s office take a long time to solve a problem and you will have to call many times to get results.
The people in the tenant's office are rude and make fun of your problems by being sarcastic and offensive.
The Super of the building never solve a problem immediately.
Advice to owner:
Please, Change your office staff as they are rude, racist, and make fun of tenants' problems.
The price of your studios are very expensive as they are not renovated and the spaces are very poorly distributed.
Before rent an apartment first clean it, as it is unpleasant to move into such a dirty place.

6 floor building consisting of mainly studios in a great location.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location! On-site super is generally responsive and helpful. Elevator (although small).
Cons:
A lot of cockroaches. Mostly the smaller kind (although i have seen a few bigger water-bugs) but they are everywhere. I live on a floor higher up and find multiple cockroaches daily. The building facade has been under construction for the past three years and there is scaffolding covering the courtyard and construction workers drilling and outside of your windows M-F from 9-6.
Advice to owner:
Please address the bug issues.
