Avoid at all cost
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Great neighborhood
- Accessibility to subway/public transit
Cons:
- Management could care less about their tenants, once they collect your deposit they stop all communication with you and you are basically on your own from there.
- Neighbors are loud at all hours of the night, and the block is terrible with loud music from the streets. It's so bad you can hear it from the back of the apartment.
- BUG, like bugs everywhere, in the hallways and units, I can only imagine what the basement looks like.
- MOLD, I have horrible allergies to mold and my time here has been miserable.
- The first floor smells like cigarettes 99% of the time.
- Leak in the ceiling when were touring the place should have been a giant red flag, but they did fix that before moving in.
Advice to owner:
Actually give a crap about the people you rent your apartments out to. At this point, I would say just avoid these property managers at all costs. They really don't care about anything besides rent.

Corrupt Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Few pros, but after calling 311 on the management they have become more responsive to issues in my apt.
Cons:
Leak in the ceiling wasn’t fixed for almost a year
Packages stolen constantly from hall
Many people in and out of the first floor apartments, cigarette smoking inside
Cockroaches in building
Apt was filthy when I moved in and it was very difficult to get someone to clean and paint
Very unwilling to work out a rent reduction once COVID hit
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive with repairs. Offer rent reductions to those in need during COVID.
