Love the location and renovated appt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great storage, fantastic use fo space, brand new appliances, garden area, safe by police station, fantastic neighborhood
Cons:
Sometimes loud from drunk prisoner next door, mouse problem
Advice to owner:
More aggressive approach to mice (although I know it’s tough with tenants who pushback on that kind of approach)

This building is ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super Al is accommodating and responsive
Cons:
Mgmt takes a long time to respond if at all, building is not well insulated so if you’re on the w 10th Street side you can really hear the street, door to building is very loud when it opens and closes and steps are loud to as they are metal so you can really hear people coming and going in the hallways from inside your apt. Also, Pretty bad roaches and water bug problems. Lastly, there is one tenant that lives in a rent control unit that acts like she owns the building and is so loud in the hallways with her conversation and with all the dogs she brings in and out as she is a dog walker.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive via email
