Overall nice experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. Building staff are always nice and helpful, they go above and beyond to meet your needs.
Cons:
1. Management is not the most responsive. 2. Amenity charges are quite high: the building charges a base fee for lower level amenities and extra for the rooftop.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to the emails, maybe hire more people - after all, it's a big building.
