Stay away from here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location has tons of parking under the bqe. High ceilings. Bottom two apartments share the private backyard. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and laundromats.
Cons:
Owner is a nightmare. After not being able to return to New York during the pandemic, my person items were disposed of with my lease still being current. Owner had a whole family move in while I still had 3 months left on my lease without any communication. The steps are incredibly loud, you will hear everyone in the building using them.
