neighbor is truly one of the worst people i've ever met

Pros:
the neighborhood is good
Cons:
the people living in the front facing apartment are a menace to society. The main tenant has harrassed me, had "parties" in the hallway and doesn't care about anyone but himself. There's been times where I think drugs are being dealt out of that apartment b/c of the comings and goings. There was once a woman screaming for her life, and there's truly always confilct b/c this man is a tornado of doom. Don't move to this building, it's a mistake because the landlord has been saying that he will do something about this behavior for 24 years.
Advice to owner:
learn an ounce of respectful communication and stop making everything the tenants problem. Not dealing with these things is the premise of renting, it shouldn't be our problem.
