Pros
The new superintendent, Oscar, is very pleasant and helpful. English is not his first language, but you can communicate with him easy enough and without struggle for the two of you to be understood.
Cons
I'm not sure if this is every floor, but the neighbors on my floor are obnoxious. Not in a rude or flippant way, but they have no spatial awareness of noise level or health. Often they smoke in the hallway which is a community space, and the smell comes into my apartment. They are also a tendency to be boisterous. I get having fun, but not at the expense of your fun interrupting my peace as I am trying to relax or cool down after a long day at work or week overall. Also there was a period in time where the glass in the front door and knob were often vandalize or broken. The intercom just started working after years, yet there was no instruction provided by the management team on how to use it to let people in or access your name in the directory.
Advice to the owners
Be more mindful of your property and its needs. The construction scaffolding has been up for over a year now and there is no progress to the building or the itself. If you're going to do work to inside or outside of the property, do the humane thing and provide ample notice (1 business week). Be more engaged with the needs of your tenants and not just what will assist you in passing some type of building inspection or code.
