Just a great place to live with amazing neighbors, bar downstairs, safe and amenities are awesome
Cons:
Electricity bill is insane and landlord takes no ownership for shotty electricity situation. Your conedison bill be more than $200 a month no matter what, and the heat is forced air that costs about $300 in the winter.

If you’re facing Bruckner Blvd it get very loud at night Some appliances are very old and not cleaned before moving in

Pros:
Juan (the super) is amazing he works hard and has a really quick turnaround with anything I’ve asked of him.
Cons:
David, property manager is rude and inconsistent. Carnagie Management as a whole needs some work!
Elevators are rough and they jerk a lot when riding
There is a flooding issue whenever it rains which causes a REALLY bad odor
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and apply the feedback
