Fine but not great

Pros

Elevator access, close proximity to C trains, lots of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance.

Cons

Terrible pest control - all apartments have roaches. Noisy neighbors, issues with neighbors' friends, and dogs assaulting tenants and damaging property.

Pretty good building, not great location

Pros

Nice rooftop. Great apartment finishings. Back-facing patio very quiet. Pet friendly.

Cons

Laundry extremely expensive, $5 for each washer and dryer. Basement has a horrible smell for about half the week when garbage day draws near.
