Amazing neighbors, great super, location is great, super spacious

Can sometimes take a little to get things fixed, but it will get done

Quiet and quaint - a lovely spot

Pros

Lovely apartment building, big windows, and generally well-maintained. Quite small so you know the people coming and out; feels safe.

Cons

Backyard not well-kept; landlord sometimes unresponsive (mostly just on weekends).

Advice to the owners

Consider revitalizing the backyard space!
