Terrible merry go round of property managers

Good community/neighbors, convenient location near Myrtle-Wyckoff L & M stops, great neighborhood, nice rooftop

Cons

Since Common Coliving went bankrupt, this building was awful with multiple property managers doing the bare minimum.

My worst experience so far

Pros

cheap, close to train station, cute neighborhood

Cons

multiple management companies throughout the year, at one point had gas turned off by one of the management companies, unhoused people sleeping near the entrance to the basement, inconsistent garbage pick up, occasional roach sighting
