Pros
We have had a great time in this building for two years. The super is friendly and fixed things at a quick rate if we ever had an issue, which were few and far between. There isn't much noise here, and it seems as though they like to keep it that way. Neighbors are all kind and friendly from my experience. Never had any issues with bugs or pests. No issues with heating or water. Conveniently located to subways and stores! Management is not too hard to get a hold of. Most laundry machines in the basement work 99% of the time. Feels like a very secure and safe building.
Cons
The elevator is slow, small, not well ventilated, and breaks down occasionally.

Building management not that helpful, sometimes hard to get super to come and fix things in a timely manner, very slow elevator, heat was sometimes not great, had to pay a ridiculous amount for laundry on top of rent
