Solid building, amazing super and the friendliest neighbors

My experience living here has been absolutely exceptional. From the moment I moved into my one-bedroom, I was impressed by the pristine condition of the unit; the apartment was squeaky clean, the floors were spotless, and the walls had been freshly painted. The layout is fantastic, and I feel the price is very fair for the generous square footage provided. The location is unbeatable, situated perfectly between the A/C and 1/2/3 lines, with less than a 10-minute walk to the F train. The street itself is charming, and the building amenities like the elevator and trash chute make daily life very convenient. Beyond the physical space, the community here is wonderful. Every single neighbor I have met during my time here has been friendly, nice, and welcoming, which makes the building feel like a true home. The management and maintenance teams are truly out of this world. We have a live-in superintendent (Juan) who is the most attentive and helpful person you could ask for, and the entire management staff is incredibly friendly. Their responsiveness is impressive; for example, when I had a small issue with my fridge, they had a brand-new one delivered and installed in less than 24 hours - thank you Juan!!. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that if any issue arises, the team will provide a solution within a very reasonable amount of time. 100% recommend this building
Cons
There are only two very minor things I’d mention, though neither was a dealbreaker for me: 1. AC Units: The units do not come with pre-installed AC. I had to purchase my own, which I expected, but it’s something to keep in mind. 2. Laundry Room: While having laundry in the building is great, a couple of the machines are occasionally out of service, which can lead to a short wait during peak times. Overall, these are tiny critiques in an otherwise perfect living situation. I highly recommend this building!
