All of the pros and cons of prewar

Pros

-the units can be very spacious -laundry in the building -good location

Cons

-Landlord is impossible to get a hold of -Laundry machines are overprices -Past problems with bed bugs -Heating during the winter is very inconsistent -some rooms are very poorly insulated
